We deliver your rented tables and chairs securely packed in an enclosed trailer to your event location. You are responsible for unloading the items for your event and reloading them back into the trailer before our scheduled pickup time.
To keep our rental rates competitive, we operate strictly on a drop-off and pick-up model via our enclosed trailers. Setup and teardown are handled entirely by the client, their family, or their hired event coordination team.
We understand that accidents occasionally happen during celebrations. Any damaged or missing items will be assessed upon the trailer's return, and an itemized replacement fee will be deducted from your initial security deposit.
Our standard rental period covers a one day even, typically with drop-off occurring in the morning and pick-up scheduled for that evening or the next morning. We offer this flexible scheduling to ensure you have ample time for unloading, decorating, and reloading without stress.
Yes, a non-refundable retainer fee is required to lock in your date and reserve your specific inventory. The remaining balance, along with a refundable damage deposit, is due two weeks prior to your scheduled trailer delivery date.
