Everything you need to know about our enclosed trailer delivery system, unloading procedures, and rental policies for your upcoming event.

We offer a standard package in the trailer that has 100 chairs, 7 5ft round tables, 8 6ft rectangle tables.

Unfortunately we offer one standard package.  

We deliver your rented tables and chairs securely packed in an enclosed trailer to your event location. You are responsible for unloading the items for your event and reloading them back into the trailer before our scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your event will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable retainer fee. Cancellations within 14 days of event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued when cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event. 

Yes, we offer extended delivery services for events outside our standard service area. Additional delivery fees will apply based on distance. Contact our team with your location details for a custom delivery quote.

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability for your special dates. However, we do accommodate rush bookings when possible. Contact us to check availability for your event date.
