1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and We Rentals Idaho, concerning your access to and use of our event rental services. By renting our tables, chairs, and utilizing our trailer delivery system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Rental Usage, Delivery, and Equipment Care

We Rentals Idaho provides event equipment delivered in enclosed trailers for your convenience. Our service model requires that the client assumes full responsibility for the equipment once the trailer is dropped off at the designated location. This includes the manual labor associated with moving the inventory from the trailer to the event space and back.

• Clients are responsible for the safe unloading of all tables and chairs from the enclosed trailer upon delivery and must ensure the trailer is not damaged during this process.
• All rented equipment must be cleaned, stacked, and reloaded into the enclosed trailer in its original organized state prior to the scheduled pickup time.
• The client assumes all risk of loss or damage to the equipment and the trailer from the time of delivery until the trailer is successfully retrieved by We Rentals Idaho staff.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All equipment is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We Rentals Idaho makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the equipment for a particular purpose. In no event shall We Rentals Idaho, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including personal injury or property damage, arising out of the loading, unloading, or use of our rental equipment or trailers.

4. Governing Law, Modifications, and Contact

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action of whatever nature shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.

We Rentals Idaho reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the 'Effective Date' of these Terms. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
